Here are some pictures of a series of interiors used exclusively for cutscenes in GTA4. This isn't all of them, just some that I found interesting.
It's always interesting to explore these places and see places you aren't supposed to see. It's a bit dangerous though due to the lack of collisions, so you can pretty easily fall through the world.
