There isn't much I can say about GTAV that people don't already know, but I hope some find this interesting anyway. Here are some shots of cutscene only, or unused interiors in GTAV Vanilla (this doesn't include early leaked or beta builds)
La Fuente Blanca (Madrazo's Ranch)
This is only ever seen in cutscenes, so it doesn't have completed collisions and isn't accessible to the player. It's a pretty nicely made and heavily detailed interior. Here are some pictures;
Fame or Shame
The Fame or Shame room is only seen in the famous cutscene with Tracey and Lazlow. However it's fully modeled and you can see some slightly different angles.
Bahama Mamas
The Bahama Mamas nightclub is an interior that was actually never used in GTAV. It wasn't fully finished either, it is missing a lot of collisions. This is rumoured to have been cancelled later in development and contained missions with a character called 'Dale' and the missions were for Franklin. I actually did release a FiveM resource in 2020 that restored the collisions and added music and NPCs to the interior, you can find that here.
The Rest
The rest of the interiors are pretty basic things, from things are used in Single Player that aren't normally explorable, to things that were completely cut, check the image description for more on each.
