There are plenty of interiors in GTA San Andreas that were never used but were left over in the game files and are still able to be visited. A lot of others were only used for cutscenes. Here are a few I am featuring today, there are plenty more in the game though. Install a trainer and have a look for yourself, it's always fun to look back at these things.
First interiors that I am featuring are the bedrooms of the girlfriends, these were famously used in the cut Hot Coffee feature.
The next lot of interiors are restaurants that were cut from the game. It's a shame these weren't used as most are pretty complete, especially the donut shop.
The next lot were used in cutscenes only from very particular angles to hide the unfinished state of them.
And this last two I am including didn't really fit the other categories, it's a cut strip club and brothel.
